Mission Trip Update Dinner THIS SUNDAY, 6 PM in the Commons. We hope you will join us as the Peru team shares stories from their recent mission trip, and is seeking to raise funds for the community they visited. Learn more and sign up here.
Security Updates: FPC has a Security Team that has been updating our protocols. Starting April 1, the building will only be accessed by the front and back doors every day. We will be making a sole exception with the 2 sanctuary and Corporation Street Vestibule doors on Sunday mornings for worship, opening them (only) from 10:45-11:30 AM for sanctuary worship.

The Journey of Jesus during Holy Week - We invite you to join us in journeying through events that brought Jesus to the cross. This will be set up in the Commons on April 16 from 12-2 PM & 6:30-8:30 PM, April 17 from 12-2 PM & 4-6 PM, and April 18 from 12-2 PM & 5-7 PM. More info here.

The Welcome Home Ministry is an outreach helping provide furniture and resources to empower people to start over when they have experienced loss and hardship. Backpack Program: Better Together partners with BASD National Honor Society provides snacks & ready made meals for children in grades K-12, who are at risk for hunger over the weekends. For a donation list, or how to simply donate funds, click here. Drop off weekly to the main office.

A new ministry to our county: Community Home Rehabilitation Crew (CHRC). We intend to provide home repairs for individuals in our county. The Technology Crew is still in need of additional volunteers. Areas of need include audio production, video production, computer graphics and video streaming. No specific skills are necessary, and training will be provided. There is an increased need for part-time and substitute volunteers for the 9 AM Fellowship Hall services, although volunteers for any of our services are welcomed. Domestic Mission Committee seeks new members! Our Domestic Mission Committee represents FPC to mostly Beaver County mission partners. We are looking for new members. If you wish to join us you may speak to chair Dale Cottrill (dale.cottrill@comcast.net).
Adult Information
Get plugged into a Small Group – This is an excellent opportunity to study scripture, pray with others and learn to live together in loving and caring communities. If you are not currently in a small group and would like to be in one as we come into the fall, we encourage you to register here. You can choose to register for a men’s, women’s, or co-ed group. Faith in Action is still in need of more volunteer drivers! NO requirement of how many rides you would need to provide - as this volunteer program is very flexible. Contact Carla McKrell at (814) 450-3985. Driving is mainly within Beaver and Brighton Twp. (Faith in Action is a special ministry that provides rides to older citizens who are shut in. Generally, these rides are provided for those 60 and over.)
Looking for Greeters! An easy and rewarding way to serve with a smile. If you’re already here on Sunday mornings – why not bring joy by welcoming congregants into worship. It is a once-a-month opportunity to serve. We are looking for 4 volunteers for the 11:15 Sanctuary service. Contact Lucinda (lpelka@fpcbeaver.com).
High School & Middle School:
Sunday School from 10:15-11 AM. High School meets on the third floor, Middle School guys in Room 204, and girls in 202.
High School Youth Group (grades 9-12) on Sunday evenings, from 6:45-8:45. Come for an evening of fellowship, games and spending time in God’s word.
High School Community Groups: Girls meet Wednesdays at 7 PM. Guys on Thursdays at 7 PM. To get involved, contact Cory Longenecker (clongenecker@fpcbeaver.com).

QUEST (3rd-5th) Thursdays 6.30-8 PM. Join us for games, snack, Bible lesson & small group time, as we discover that GOD IS KING. This week’s Bible Study is about that moment when Jesus was revealed to His closest friends in all His glory - they saw His power magnified and that JESUS IS MESSIAH.
